Presido Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Loadcircle Ltd (“we”) and cover your use of Presido, the single-player political strategy game. By playing, you agree to them.

1. The game is fiction

Presido is a work of fiction. The nation you govern, its parties, officials, events and news stories are invented for play. Real countries appear only as diplomatic contacts within the fiction. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government, political party, candidate or public figure, and nothing in it is real-world political, financial or professional advice.

2. Play money, not real money

Treasuries, GDP figures, salaries, policy costs and every other amount shown in the game are play numbers. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and there is no cash-out. Presido contains no gambling for real money and no real prizes.

3. The Google Play version

The Play version of Presido is free and complete: it sells nothing, has no in-app purchases and no adverts, and every country and scenario is unlocked from the first run.

4. Optional packs on the website

The separate website version (presido.app) may offer optional content packs bought with real money, processed by Stripe. Packs unlock game content and nothing else; they have no real-world value. If a payment went through but a pack did not unlock, email us and we will put it right; refunds otherwise follow Stripe’s process. The Play version never charges anything.

5. Your saves and fair use

Your run is saved on your own device; uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes it, and there is no cloud backup. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the game or its artwork and content.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, balance or change the game, and may update these terms. The date above changes when we do; continuing to play accepts the update.

7. Liability

The game is provided as-is, for entertainment. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
